Youth Trainer Certification

Overarching goals of the certification

  1. Develop a professional and ethic youth trainer attitude
  2. Improve on self-awareness and self regulation in your role as trainer (self-management).
  3. Develop the skills needed for training delivery and training program design
  4. Be able to evaluate and follow-up on an effective training program;
  5. Develop strategies and a personal network to independently continue development of  skills and knowledge related to the role of a trainer.
  6. Initiate and maintain a personal training portfolio and further trainer’s development actions.

Certification requirements

Attending the event is the beginning of the YTA certification process. To complete it, a participant should deliver a total of 20 hours of training along with the redaction of training reports and handouts for the related sessions.
